Hedspeth v. State - 3rd COA

The reference to "any and all vehicles owned and, or controlled by" the defendant "which are located on the property named" in the affidavit and warrant to search a hotel room is sufficiently particularized to uphold the search of the defendant's vehicle. The officers acted reasonably in assuming that the defendant, who had control and access to the motel room for which probable cause is not challenged, had control over the vehicle, and there was probable cause set forth in the affidavit to support a search of the defendant's vehicle.
