Position:  Assistant District Attorney 

No. of Positions Available:  Two starting positions with the Misdemeanor Section of the Trial Division

Closing: Until filled (Will conduct interviews the second week in May 2008)

Salary: $50,382 - $62,009 depending on experience
Requirements: Law Degree.  Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and be in good standing with the Texas State Bar and any other State or Federal licensing entity.  Interest in criminal law litigation. Knowledge of Texas criminal law, procedure, and rules of evidence.  Must have organizational skills to handle heavy case load.
