SALARY
$130,000 or more depending on experience (plus health insurance, pension participation in the Texas District & County Retirement Program, payment for bar dues, payment for all CLE, payment for membership in the Texas Association of District & County Attorneys Association and for attendance at seminars sponsored by the association).

QUALIFICATIONS
Five or more years of experience as a felony prosecutor.
Member in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
Consent to and pass background check and drug screen.
Security Requirement—Must be able to obtain and maintain a Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) CJIS security clearance to be able to review criminal histories.
