Assistant District Attorney – Trial Attorney
Position: Trial Attorney, District Attorney’s Office
Location: El Paso County, Texas
Salary: $73,926.01 Annually
Role Overview: The Trial Attorney will provide legal counsel to various county offices and staff. Responsibilities include conducting factual investigations, gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and transporting complainants and witnesses to and from court.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct factual investigations and gather evidence related to cases.
- Locate and interview witnesses.
- Transport complainants and witnesses to and from court.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the State Bar of Texas.
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage a diverse caseload.
