Brown and Mills County – The 35th Judicial District Attorney’s Office has an open position for a
felony level prosecutor. Duties will include all aspects of felony prosecution in the 35th District
Court including courtroom experience from intake and grand jury through jury trials. Salary
begins at $95,000+ with possible increase for an experienced prosecutor. Benefits include health
insurance, payment of bar dues and other professional dues, CLE, and retirement.
