Assistant Attorneys General in the Transportation Division of the Texas Attorney General’s Office represent the Texas Department of Transportation at both the State Office of Administrative Hearings (SOAH) and district court. This lively and varied litigation practice includes administrative hearings, motion and discovery practice, judicial review and injunction suits and jury trials. Lawyers who work on these cases in the Transportation Division will hone their litigation skills working on regulatory enforcement matters and complex contract claims.
