All attendees will receive a copy of the 2023–25 Legislative Update book with a Penal Code table of offenses and a list of new crimes.
This Legislative Update session is from 1:30 to 5:00 p.m. and is worth 3 hours of CLE credit. The cost is $100 for paid TDCAA members (this means you have paid your membership dues for the year) who pre-register online (up until a week before the training) and $150 for all others, including paid TDCAA members who register on-site.
Pre-registration for the 2023 Legislative Update is online only. Online registration will be closed after pre-registration meets the maximum number of seats. Walk-ins may not be accepted, so don’t delay in signing up. A working email address is mandatory for confirmation of your registration and as a means of contacting you. We will not share email addresses or use them for any nefarious purpose.
