What Every Prosecutor Should Know About Mental Illness
This 3.5-hour course is designed to provide prosecutors and other criminal justice practitioners with an understanding of how mental illness can impact a criminal case, as well as some of the essential tools available to prosecutors handling cases where a defendant’s mental health is an issue. This course is available free of charge. This course will be available September 4, 2024 to August 15, 2025.
This course has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar of Texas Committee on MCLE in the amount of 3.5 credit hours, of which 0 credit hours will apply to legal ethics/professional responsibility credit.
